A daily immersion into Vietnam's most celebrated coffee highlands. From 8AM to 4PM — walk the farms, meet the growers, and taste extraordinary coffees at their source.
Da Lat and the surrounding Lam Dong province produce some of the finest Arabica coffee in Southeast Asia. The cool mountain climate, volcanic basalt soil, and century-old French agricultural heritage create conditions that rival the world's most famous coffee regions.
This isn't a tourist bus with a quick photo stop. You'll walk the fields alongside the farmers, see how coffee is grown and processed up close, and share light snacks and pour-over coffee with the families who have cultivated this land for generations.
Whether you're a coffee professional sourcing origins, a home-roasting enthusiast, or simply someone who loves a great story behind your morning cup, this experience is designed for you.
We currently offer tours to Cau Dat & Da Sar. Lang Biang & K'Ho Heritage is coming soon — register your interest and we'll notify you when it launches.
The crown jewel of Vietnamese Arabica. Cool misty climate, volcanic basalt soil, and a prized Catimor variety that thrives at high altitude. This is where French colonists first planted Arabica in 1927.
A family-operated farm known for experimental honey and natural processing. The Catimor here develops surprising complexity — chocolate-driven with low acidity and a nutty finish.
This destination is not yet available for tours. We're working with the K'Ho community to prepare an authentic experience at their Catimor farm on the Lang Biang foothills. Register your interest and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
Indigenous K'Ho farmers growing Catimor under forest canopy. This is coffee farming as it was practiced for generations — intercropped, shade-grown, and deeply connected to the land. Tours coming soon.
Da Lat enjoys a cool highland climate year-round (15–28°C). Dry season (December–March) offers the clearest skies and coincides with the annual coffee harvest. During these months, the tour includes hands-on cherry picking alongside the farmers, wet-mill processing, and drying bed management — the most immersive time to visit. Rainy season (May–November) brings afternoon showers; the farms are lush and green, and processing is in full swing. Tours run daily regardless of season; we adjust outdoor activities around the weather.
